Gateway, Inc. (NYSE: GTW)
today announced that the International Trade Commission (ITC) has overturned
on appeal an earlier determination that Gateway-branded PCs infringed on HP
patents involving parallel port technology. The Commission remanded the case
to an administrative law judge for further proceedings regarding issues raised
by both Gateway and HP.
